Recreation Centre
The Curtin Recreation Centre (Building 108) is located at the northern end of campus opposite the BankWest and hosts a variety of Recreational Activities and Sporting Competitions, including:
- Squash
- Basketball
- Wayball (Indoor Volleyball)
- Table Tennis
- 8Ball Pool
- Badminton
- Social Sports
- Inter-Departmental Sports Challenge
Rec Centre Social Sports - New in 2008!
This year the Curtin Rec Centre will be organising a variety of SOCIAL SPORTS for Students. Sports will include,

- Utimate Frisbee
- Beach Volleyball
- Touch Football

These Rec Centre Social Sports are used to pick Curtin Team's for the TSWA Inter-University Sporting Competitions. Throughout the year WA's 5 Universities fight it out in numerous sporting competitions in a effort to qualify for the Australian University Games. Curtin Recreation Services is also a Member of WA Sports Federation. The Western Australian Sports Federation is the peak industry body for sport in WA. Basketball
Come and shoot some hoops between classes without the hassle of wet weather. You can have up to 6 people on court and the height of the Basketball rings are adjustable for your enjoyment. Challenge your mate to a Dunking Competition!

Wayball (Indoor Volleyball)
Hire a court and we'll provide you with the net and ball. Great fun to pass some time and keep fit with a group of friends. Normal Volleyball rules apply you can just play off the walls for some added fun and excitement.

Table Tennis
Bring a friend (or three) and enjoy a fast game of table tennis. All equipment provided.

Badminton
The Squash Courts are not ideally suited for Badminton but they are perfect for a social game. Bring a friend (or three) and enjoy a game of Badminton. All equipment provided.
